• Need support to develop employability skills.

• Require ongoing assistance to maintain their current employment.

• Have faced challenges securing or keeping a job due to a disability.

How We Help

Our team provides individualised employment support to help you build the confidence and skills you need to succeed in the workplace. We work closely with you to:

• Identify your strengths, goals, and career aspirations.

• Develop practical job readiness skills (e.g. resume writing, interviews, communication).

• Support you with workplace adjustments or training needs.

• Liaise with employers to ensure a supportive, inclusive environment.

• Offer ongoing guidance to help you maintain your employment with confidence.
